Picomi ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have when you use the Picomi mobile application on Apple platforms.
This Policy applies to the Picomi iOS application and related support communications. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or apps that we do not control, including Apple services you use in connection with Picomi.
Picomi is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a person under 18, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We use your photos and creations only to provide Picomi features. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third-party advertisers or analytics networks.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Picomi, our users, or others.
If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may share your name and email address (or a Hide My Email relay address) with us solely to create and manage your account. We never ask for your Apple ID password. Apple does not track your activity inside Picomi on our behalf. You can manage apps using Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings. Disabling Sign in with Apple for Picomi does not automatically delete your account; use Delete Account in Settings to remove your account data.
Camera and Photos access are used only when you choose to pick or save an image. We do not access your photo library in the background. You may revoke permissions in iOS Settings; some features may stop working if permissions are denied.
Account and creation data are retained while your account is active. You may delete individual works in My Works, or use Delete Account in Settings to permanently remove your account and related data. You may also uninstall the app. Support emails we receive may be retained as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with Picomi. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you use Picomi from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in locations with different data-protection laws. By using the app, you understand that your information may be handled as described in this Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Picomi after an update means you accept the revised policy. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app where appropriate.
